DOOR TO TABLE
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Agreement
By using doortotable.ca or placing an order with Door To Table, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Who We Serve
Door To Table delivers premium Canadian protein to residential customers in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Service areas and availability may change without notice.
3. Orders & Confirmation
Every order is confirmed by a real person on our team. We'll reach out to schedule a delivery window that works for you. Placing an order online is a request — an order is not final until we confirm it with you directly.
4. Payment
Payment is collected at the door by cash, debit, or credit card at time of delivery. You may inspect your products before paying. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change; the price confirmed at order time is the price you pay.
5. Delivery
All deliveries are free within our service area. We deliver directly to your door at the scheduled time. If no one is available to accept and inspect the order, we will reschedule.
6. Subscriptions
Optional recurring deliveries are available. You may change, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us — there are no long-term commitments.
7. Loyalty & Referrals
Loyalty rewards, birthday discounts, and referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. Maximum discount is 5 points per box. Referral credits apply only when a valid referral code is used on the new customer's first paid order. We may adjust or end the program at any time.
8. Product Quality
We stand behind every product we deliver. If something isn't right, tell our driver at the door or contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
9. Communications
By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive order and delivery updates. Marketing emails and SMS are opt-in and you may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Door To Table name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by Door To Table or its partners and may not be reused without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Door To Table's liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
